Arrima Declaration Portal

Arrima is Quebec's online immigration management system. Candidates submit a declaration of interest, then Quebec invites the best profiles to apply for CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate).

How It Works

  • Create profile in Arrima portal
  • Declaration of interest (validity 12 months)
  • Quebec invitation (draws by occupation/sector)
  • CSQ application within 60 days

After CSQ: Federal Stage

The CSQ is only the 1st step. After obtaining CSQ from Quebec (MIFI), you must apply for permanent residence with IRCC (federal).

Longer Total Processing

CSQ (6-12 months) + Federal PR (12-18 months) = Total 18-30 months typically. We handle both stages.
